MEGATON COCKTAILS RECIPES!

CLASSIC RECIPES WITH AN ATOMIC TWIST!

THE MEGATON JAZZ

IN A HIGHBALL GLASS + MIXING SPOON & ZESTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of Southern Comfort

  • 1oz of premium Vodka

  • 6oz of fresh orange juice

  • 1oz of lime juice

  • 1 orange zest

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill half highball glass with ice cubes

  • Combine 4 of 1st ingredients, stir with spoon

  • Garnish with orange zest

MEGATON ATOMIC

IN A STAINLESS SHAKER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz of premium Vodka

  • 1oz of Brandy or Cognac

  • 1/2oz of Grand Marnier

  • 1oz 1/2 of Brut Champagne

  • 1 small orange wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine 1st 3 ingredients with ice in shaker

  • Strain in a chilled Martini Cocktail Glass

  • Pour Champagne and garnish with Wedge!

THE MEGATON CAFE

IN A HIGHBALL GLASS + LIME JUICE ON RIM + DARK CANE SUGAR AROUND IT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz of Bourbon

  • 1oz of Irish Cream

  • 1oz of Kahlua (Coffee Liquor)

  • 4oz of Cold espresso coffee

  • 1oz of 35% fresh cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • All ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice

  • Shake like a Atomic Bomb! Strain with glass

  • Serve with a cinnamon stick to stir

MEGATON MARTINI

IN A STAINLESS SHAKER + ONE ICE CUBE ONLY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz of Bombay Gin

  • 1oz of Vodka

  • 1oz of dry martini (Vermouth)

  • 1oz of Lillet Blanc (White wine)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a 8oz Martini Cocktail glass

  • Put 3 Manzanilla Olives + juice splash

  • Shaker: One ice cube + all ingredients

  • Strain the rest of shaker ingredient

MEGATON CAESAR

LEMON JUICE ON RIM + CELERY SALT AROUNG IT + IN A COLLINS GLASS, FILL HALF WITH ICE CUBES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of Vodka

  • 1oz of Tequila

  • 4 dash of Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 dash of Tabasco (hot sauce)

  • Clamato juice, Black pepper, Celery Stalk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine 1st 4 ingredients with ice

  • Fill rest of the glass with Clamato juice

  • Add Black pepper, garnish with Celery stalk

MEGA MARGARITA

IN A MARGARITA COCKTAIL GLASS +
LIME JUICE ON RIM + COARSE SALT AROUND IT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of premium tequila

  • 1/2oz of Cointreau (orange liquor)

  • 1oz of fresh lime juice + lime wedge

  • 2 teaspoons: fine sugar

  • 1oz of lemonade juice + 1 cup: ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In Shaker: Lime juice, Sugar, Lemonade

  • Shake well, then add rest of ingredients

  • Shake again, strain, garnish with wedge

MEGATON EGGNOG

IN A CHILLED BRADY SNIFTER GLASS + GRATER PLANE + STIRRING SPOON

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz of Kentucky Bourbon

  • 1oz of dark spiced rum

  • 1 dash of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of whole milk + 1 large egg yolk

  • 1 tbsp sugar + grated nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour 1st 3 ingredients in the glass

  • Whisk milk + egg yolk & sugar

  • Pour into glass, stir, add grated nutmeg

LE GINGERBREAD

IN A MARTINI COCKTAIL GLASS +
LEMON JUICE ON RIM + DARK SUGAR AROUND IT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of vanilla vodka

  • 1/2oz of Kahlua + Irish cream

  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream

  • 1/4 tbsp of grated ginger

  • A dash of cinnamon powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In Shaker: Fill with ice + all ingredients

  • Shake well, strain in glass

  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick

MEGA RUM & COKE

IN A CHILLED HIGHBALL GLASS + WEDGER + STIRRING SPOON

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of dark spice rum

  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

  • 1 splash of vanilla extract

  • 1/2oz of fresh lime juice

  • Cola small bottle

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put ice in glass then Rum & lime juice

  • Add vanilla splash, stir with spoon

  • Fill glass with cola, garnish w/ lime wedge

MEGATON COSMO

IN A MARTINI COCKTAIL GLASS +
STAINLESS STEEL SHAKER + WEDGER

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of premium vodka

  • 1/2oz of Grand Marnier (orange liquor)

  • 1oz of Cranberry juice

  • 1/2oz of lime juice

  • Orange wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In Shaker: One ice cube + all ingredients

  • Shake well, Strain in glass

  • Garnish with orange wedge

MEGATON RICKEY

IN A CHILLED HIGHBALL GLASS + WEDGER + STIRRING SPOON

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of premium gin

  • 1/2oz of premum vodka

  • Half a fresh lime juice

  • Carbonated water

  • 1 lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put ice in glass then Gin + Vodka

  • Add fresh lime juice + Stir with spoon

  • Fill with water + garnish w/ lime wedge

MEGATON JULEP

IN AN OLD-FASHION GLASS + STIRRING SPOON

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz of Kentucky Bourbon

  • 1/2oz of Brandy

  • 1 teaspoon of super fine sugar

  • 10 fresh mint leaves

  • Soda + ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In glass: 3 ice cubes + muddled mint

  • Pour Bourbon + Brandy + Sugar

  • Fill with Soda & mix with spoon
